1. What is permanent jewelry?

our jewelry is considered permanent because the pieces are welded together and remain permanently on you instead of being fastened with a clasp.

2. How is the process done?

You will decide on what type of chain and/or additional charms you would like to add. Then choose the area of which you want your jewelry (wrist, neck, ankle, ring, earring). We will then custom fit and weld the design onto your desired location.

3. What if I break my jewelry?

Please keep the chain and contact us for a repair. We will honor one repair for free! Any additional repairs will be $15 plus tax. If the chain is beyond repair, a new one will have to be purchased. *We will not cover loss or damaged pieces**

4. Will the process hurt?

Not at all! The weld will not make contact with your skin and we are trained in all safety precautions.

5. What if I need to get my jewlery removed for medical purposes?

We are happy to re-weld your jewelry! (with proof of procedure)

6. How long will my bracelet last?

Depending on life style your jewelry can last years! We provide fine gold and silver metals that should last a long time with proper care.
